Due to an exciting internal promotion, an opportunity has opened for a Social Planner to join our 1House team.

In this role, you’ll define how our brands show up in the social world, translating sharp brand thinking into integrated social plans that cut through, connect and drive measurable impact. You will take strong brand and media strategies and build bold, insight-driven social plans that drive engagement, performance and community.

You will lead paid social strategy and planning, defining channel roles across paid, and owned activity, and ensuring alignment to broader campaign and business objectives.

You will work across paid and owned channels, collaborating with our in-house creative, content, brand and media teams to bring ideas to life. It’s a fast-moving role that blends cultural thinking, campaign planning and hands-on performance ownership, with real influence on how our brands are experienced every day.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of social strategies and channel plans across paid and owned activity
Own budget planning, KPI setting and performance forecasting in partnership with brand and media teams
Oversee campaign execution across platforms (Meta, TikTok and emerging), ensuring alignment to objectives
Own campaign performance, including optimisation, pacing and reporting
Translate performance data into clear insights and forward-looking recommendations
Partner with brand, creative, media and data teams to ensure integrated campaign delivery
Work with platform partners and agencies to drive best-in-class execution
Champion social expertise across the business, sharing trends, learnings and opportunities

About You:

5+ years’ experience in social planning and/or buying (agency, brand or publisher side)
Proven ability to develop paid social strategies and channel plans
Strong experience across Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and similar platforms
Ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable insights
Understanding of measurement approaches (attribution, lift studies, MMM inputs)
Confident communicator, able to present strategy, rationale and results
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities
Collaborative, with experience working across creative, media and brand teams
