As Brewing Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Brewing Operators at our Yatala Brewery, driving a culture of excellence across safety, quality and production performance. You will be planning and allocating tasks, ensuring adequate coverage, and working collaboratively to solve any break-down or quality issues throughout the brewing process.
Lead packaging operations in a high-speed FMCG site. Drive performance, reliability, and continuous improvement across multiple production lines.
Take ownership of engineering stores in a fast-paced site. Manage inventory, support maintenance teams, and drive improvements across systems, BOMs, and parts history.
Play a key part in driving plant reliability through effective maintenance planning and execution, while continuously improving our processes and systems at one of Australia’s iconic breweries.
