Your Impact
As Quality Systems Coordinator at our Huntingwood, NSW site, you’ll take ownership of integrated quality and food safety systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory and third-party standards. You’ll also drive continuous improvement to enhance product quality, operational effectiveness, and overall site performance.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Quality & Food Safety Systems (FSSC, HACCP, GMP)

  • Lead site audits, document control, and effective CAPA implementation

  • Conduct internal audits, gap analyses, and coach teams on compliance

  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives to lift quality outcomes

  • Facilitate workshops to strengthen quality culture across operations

  • Support central Quality projects and standardised system improvements

 

About You

  • Proven experience in Quality, Production or CI roles within FMCG manufacturing

  • Strong knowledge of GFSI standards (FSSC, SQF, BRC), HACCP, GMP & SOPs

  • Continuous improvement mindset with Lean, Six Sigma or TQM experience

  • Collaborative communicator with strong problem-solving skills

  • Tertiary qualification in Food Science/Technology or related discipline valued
