Your Impact

As Warehouse Team Lead based out our Prospect, NSW DC you’ll be responsible for leading day‑to‑day warehouse operations while fostering a strong safety culture and clear chain of responsibility. You’ll coach and develop your team, prioritise work to meet daily requirements, and drive productivity, quality, and service outcomes. Through hands‑on leadership and continuous improvement, you’ll help ensure our Prospect DC operates safely, efficiently, and in line with business expectations.

Please note: 2 opportunities available across day shift (6.00am - 2.00pm) & afternoon shift (2.00pm - 10.00pm). Candidates will have the opportunity to communicate preferences at interview stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the warehouse team to deliver daily operational requirements safely and efficiently
  • Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with WHS, CoR, GMP, and environmental standards
  • Manage warehouse throughput, resourcing, and productivity to meet customer service and KPI targets
  • Drive quality performance through root‑cause analysis, problem solving, and corrective actions
  • Identify and deliver continuous improvement initiatives that enhance performance, cost, and capability

About You

You’re a hands‑on leader who enjoys being on the floor, supporting your team, and keeping operations moving. You know how to set clear expectations, coach performance, and balance safety, service, and efficiency. You’re confident making decisions, solving problems, and leading change in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

What will help you succeed in this role:

  • Proven capability leading and motivating warehouse teams
  • Strong planning and prioritisation skills to manage daily workload and resources
  • A safety‑first mindset with a solid understanding of warehouse compliance requirements
  • Confidence using warehouse systems and tools, including SAP and Microsoft Office
  • Experience applying structured problem‑solving or continuous improvement frameworks
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels
  • A coaching mindset focused on developing people and building capability
