Your Impact

This is a high-impact BDE role within our Away From Home channel, focused on driving growth across a diverse territory in Fremantle and the wider South-West Perth region.

You’ll play a critical role in rebuilding and growing the territory, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering strong commercial outcomes across a portfolio of non-alcoholic brands, including coffee.

With a strong focus on new business (70–80% of the role), you’ll be out in market daily, building relationships, winning new accounts, and driving distribution and execution across your patch.


Key Accountabilities

  • Drive new business acquisition through cold calling, walk-ins and pipeline management
  • Build and convert a strong pipeline of opportunities across your territory
  • Manage a structured call cycle (approx. 15 customer calls per day)
  • Execute commercial plans to deliver sales, volume and profitability targets
  • Negotiate and onboard new customer contracts in line with business frameworks
  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships and understand key business drivers
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell
  • Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline management through CRM (Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to successfully transition new business into the wider team
  • Effectively manage time and territory planning across a broad geographic area

About You

  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence and build relationships quickly
  • Previous sales or BDE experience preferred (FMCG highly regarded)
  • Comfortable with cold calling and winning new business
  • Highly organised with strong planning and time management skills
  • Commercially minded with the ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Resilient, driven and motivated by achieving targets and KPIs
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a high-performing team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
