We’re building a talent pool of motivated people keen to join Asahi Beverages across our manufacturing sites here in Queensland. Whether you’re already in manufacturing or looking to explore a career change in a hands-on environment, this Expression of Interest lets you stay connected to upcoming opportunities as they arise.

A day in the life;

You start your shift with a team handover, setting expectations around safety, quality and performance. Once the line is running, you’re hands-on with equipment, monitoring output and stepping in early if something doesn’t look right.

You work closely with your teammates to keep production moving, troubleshoot issues and maintain high standards. Throughout the shift, you’re encouraged to share ideas and improve the way things are done. At the end of the day, you hand over knowing you’ve played a key role in delivering quality beverages safely and efficiently.

What’s important to us:

You can:

• Operate & maintain manufacturing line equipment to high standards
• Operate and maintain a warehouse environment to ensure our goods get delivered on time
• Assist with the planning and coordination of manufacturing processes
• Lead or develop teams that contribute to the manufacturing process in some way
• Drive continuous improvement & embed world-class practices
• Ensure safety, quality & asset care every shift

You might have:

• Proven experience in a role within manufacturing, production or distribution
• A safety-first mindset and pride in quality work
• Willingness to learn, adapt and contribute ideas
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• A qualification in Electrical, Mechanical Fitting, Boiler or Leadership
