Your Impact
Reporting to the Senior Manager, People Partnering – Supply Chain Operations, this role is responsible for leading and delivering operational and strategic people partnering initiatives across Supply Chain Operations. This role will be supporting three key manufacturing and logistics sites nationally – Abbotsford, Laverton (VIC), and Welshpool (WA).
This 14-month fixed term contract provides parental leave cover and plays a key role in aligning people strategies with business priorities across manufacturing, logistics and operational teams. Partnering closely with leaders across the business, you will drive strategic workforce initiatives, provide trusted workplace relations advice, support organisational change and enable strong leadership capability across Supply Chain Operations.
You’ll be site-based at Abbotsford as your primary location, with travel to Southbank Head Office and Laverton as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver strategic people initiatives aligned to the Supply Chain People Roadmap
- Partner with leaders across sites to deliver practical and commercially aligned people solutions
- Provide trusted workplace relations support across employee relations and industrial relations matters
- Key lead for enterprise agreement negotiations at sites
- Support plan for 2027 enterprise negotiations with leadership teams in conjunctions with Workplace Relations Team
- Plan, coach and support leaders execute organisational change and workforce planning initiatives
- Support talent and succession initiatives to strengthen leadership capability and enable diverse career experiences
- Partner with broader P&CA teams to deliver integrated people solutions and/or projects across engagement, capability, reward and change initiatives
- Use data, insights and workforce trends to support decision making and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead or contribute to strategic people projects across Supply Chain Operations
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
- Demonstrated HR Business Partnering experience within complex operational, manufacturing, logistics or supply chain environments is desired but not mandatory
- Strong workplace relations capability across employee relations and industrial relations matters is desired but not mandatory
- Demonstrated success building trusted stakeholder relationships at all levels of an organisation, with strong coaching and influencing capability across both operational and leadership teams
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to delivery in fast-paced, complex and evolving environments
- Commercially minded with the ability to balance business priorities with people outcomes
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to use data and insights to inform decisions
- Experience working within large, matrix or multi-site organisations preferred
